This modern villa of standing is located on the road of Monticellu at 2 min from Ile Rousse. Close by many surrounding beaches and stores. You will take advantage of its view on the sea of Ile Rousse Gardiola and on the old village of Monticellu. The villa is built on an area of 150 m² with a terrace of 100 m² with a swimming pool of 9m by 4,5 m and is located on a site of 2500 m² with many trees.
