The rates are inclusive of taxes, water, electricity and gas included.
- Opened all the year
- Bed linen provided
- The rental will be final after payment of deposit (30% of the amount of the rental). This deposit will not be paid back in the event of cancellation.
- Deposit of 2500 Euros non collected and repaid after inventory of fixtures.

The pets are welcome
